A converted outbuilding in a rural location with the landlords living in the main building and a stable yard directly next to the building, this rental would suit a single occupant with no pets who enjoys quiet country living.

This is a small one bedroomed property that was converted previously from an outbuilding and is directly in front of the landlords main residence. Property has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room with a usefull porch area for storage.

The property currently has no Wifi, however the landlords would be happy for a tenant to investigate installing satellite etc but this would be at their cost. The landlords would be happy for someone to share their current Wifi if for occasional use only.

The tenants would have a parking space allocated but the landlords have expressed that any tenant would be responsible for locking the main gate on entry / exit each time please. Landlords would like any applicants to be mindful that this is a quiet area and lots of visitors / parties would be discouraged.
